Shipping & Returns

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by M.L. Productions, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Please contact us at (919) 562-4080 Mon. – Fri. from 9:00am – 4:00pm EST.  Leave a message regarding your product and order number and we will guide you through the process of returning the product.

Our shipping charges are based on standard U.S.P.S. Mail rates (where applicable) and UPS shipping rates, which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.

M.L. Productions, Inc. offers the following shipping options to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States. A shipping and handling fee equaling 8.5% of the total shipping cost is added to each order.
